Full Catering & Events Services

Elevated Events is a full service special event and corporate catering company. Our catering firm is owned and operated by Chefs and Event Professionals. We thrive on creating dishes that Displays Freshness, Creativity, and what's trending seasonally.

Ordering

You can place your order by phone; our catering sales managers are available to assist you Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm at (212)-748-9006 or you can email sales@elevatedeventsnyc.com. Alternatively, you can visit our website at www.elevatedeventsnyc.com where you will be able to place your order using our interactive catering menu For prompt service, we kindly ask you to place your orders as early as possible. Some Items require 24-48 hours’ notice. All deliveries are subject to a 15% Delivery Fee & a 10% Administrative Fee. The administrative fee covers costs associated with the packaging, transportation, administration, support, and execution of the catering order. This charge is not gratuity and will not be distributed as gratuity.

Deliveries

Are available before and after store hours with special arrangement. Saturday and Sunday services are available with advanced notice. Additional delivery charges apply outside the borough of Manhattan.

Presentation

•All items are served in high quality disposable platters and bowls. 

•All orders include plastic plates, napkins, clear plastic cutlery, serving utensils, cups, etc. 

•China trays and service plates, silverware, and stainless steel chafers are available at additional charges. 

•Customer will be charged for lost and damaged non-disposable equipment. 

• Eco-Friendly serve ware and utensils are available upon request at an additional cost.

Menu

 Menu items are subject to availability and ingredients may change based on the season and availability. Menu & Prices are subject to change without notice.

Cancellations & Changes

To guarantee service, orders must be placed by 3 pm ET for next-day orders. We will try to accommodate all last-minute orders, but certain menu items require 24- 48 hours notice. Orders canceled within less than 24 hours will result in a 100% charge. This policy includes weather related conditions, office closures, and cancellations. For larger catering orders that are more than $500, cancellations within less than 48 hours will result in a 100% fee. Cancellations may not be left on our answering machine or by e-mail. Changes and adjustments may be made up to 12 hours prior to delivery and must be approved by your sales representative.

Payment Terms & Billing

We accept all Major credit cards, cash, checks, or house account. Please inquire within to open a corporate house account. Epic Catering is not liable for unauthorized orders. All deliveries charged to the house accounts must be made to the customer's corporate address on file. Exceptions must be Pre-approved.

SPECIAL EVENT AND LARGE ORDERS WILL REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. HOUSE ACCOUNTS WILL BE BILLED WEEKLY.
