Which orders earn Gold?
Orders placed and paid on elevatedeventsny.com, including holiday menus. Orders through ezCater, Grubhub or other apps earn those apps' rewards instead.
Who gets the Gold?
The person who places the order. If your company doesn't allow personal gifts, choose "To your company" and the reward goes on the company's account.
When does it show up?
After the order is delivered. The email you get after each order shows what you earned and your balance.
Does Gold expire?
It stays on your account as long as you order at least once every 12 months.
Elevated Gold is free and open to anyone who orders on elevatedeventsny.com. Gold is earned at 5% of the food subtotal after discounts and Gold credits, before sales tax, delivery and administrative fees and gratuity. The first website order on a new account earns double. Every $25 of Gold can be redeemed for a $25 reward. Gold has no cash value and can't be transferred. Refunded or cancelled orders don't earn Gold. Elevated Events & Catering may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; Gold already earned can still be redeemed.
